Dr. Janet Knight, Master of Medicine, Primary Care, Skin Cancer, is a Cosmetic Physician and the Principal of Intelligent Ageing.
Dr Jan gained her medical degree with honours in 1985 from the University of NSW. She has a wide variety of experience from her hospital training at Royal North Shore, and has also worked performing surgical procedures with a Dermatologist, assisting both a plastic surgeon and orthopaedic surgeon.
Dr Jan has 25 years experience in general practice and most recently has studied in the field of cosmetic surgery with the American College of Dermatologists in Aspen and Chicago. She then continued training with some of the country’s most respected practitioners in the field. Dr Jan is a member of the Cosmetic Physicians Society and the International College of Cosmetic Dermatologists. Dr. Jan has recently completed her Master of Medicine in skin cancer from the University of Queensland.
Focussed on understanding patients’ needs, Dr Jan has over 20 years of clinical experience and is dedicated to restoring appearance, self-esteem, function, and quality of life to her patients. Dr Jan is passionate about art, colour, skin, aesthetics and seeing people enjoy and get pleasure out of life, while never losing the joy of life.
