What is it

  • Intense Pulsed Light (IPL) machines are designed to emit a light pulse on the targetted region. The light pulse stunts the hair follicles causing the support roots of the hair to wither and "spit" the hair out. Repeat treatments result in hair in the target region thinning out and eventually achieving the desired hair free result.

  • IPL treatment is ideal for pateints with unwanted hair growth on the face, neck, back, chest, arms, legs and swimsuit line.
  • All IPL candidates are consulted prior to treatment by a qualified general practitioner and are treated by professionals.

  • Treatment and consult costs are assessed on the size of the area to be treated.
